CSC Votes 2026: Wade Klassen, CCCA, Elected Vice President

Toronto - March 16, 2026 - Construction Specifications Canada is proud to announce the election of Wade Klassen, CCCA, as its new Vice President.

Wade is a Construction Contract Administrator with aodbt Architecture Interior Design in Saskatoon, SK.  He has been a member of Construction Specifications Canada (CSC) since 2014 and has served on the CSC Saskatoon Chapter Executive for most of that time, serving in various roles, most recently completing a two-year term as Director. He continues to be involved on the Executive.
With over 17 years of experience in the architectural consulting industry, he has garnered extensive experience in most types of commercial construction. This experience and leadership have garnered him certification and/or licensing in:
-          Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) – Construction Specifications Canada (CSC)
-          Professional Technologist (P. Tech) – Technology Professionals Saskatchewan (TPS)
-          LEED-AP
Wade has experience working on contract types, in nearly all sectors of the industry including:
-          Stipulated Price
-          Construction Management
-          Design-Build
-          Public Private Partnership (P3)
-          Developer as Owner and Contractor
-          projects ranging in scope from the very small to over $300 million
-          clients ranging from private, developer, franchisee, Municipal, Provincial, and Federal governments, public and private school boards, etc.
Other community and volunteer commitments he has been involved include:
-          CSC Saskatoon Chapter Executive for over 10 years
-          Instructor for CSC course, such as Principles of Construction Documentation (PCD)
-          Saskatchewan Polytechnic Program Advisory Committee (PAC) for the Architectural Technologies Program in Moose Jaw, SK
-          Volunteer Medical First Responder and Firefighter with Dalmeny Fire & Rescue
Wade would be honoured to serve as Vice President with CSC so he can partner with the rest of  the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, many of whom he considers both friends and colleagues. He is passionate about the work CSC does to promote cross-industry networking, CCDC contract maintenance, and Education delivery.  He believes his experience and passion will be a valuable asset to the already excellent team!
